The first session, we are learning how to make turmeric carrot soup. Extremely nourishing, anti-inflammatory and easy to digest. A perfect appetizer to start your dinner with or a whole meal for dinner if you prefer a light dinner. We will use all fresh ingredients, talk about the properties, good fats and mindfulness in choosing healthy ingredients.

In this session, I will be teaching how to make almond milk, why we make it the way we make it. Talk about why certain techniques are important to optimise the maximum nutrition on nuts. Also make a high ojas date drink, another highly nutritious drink which will improve health, immunity, happiness and promotes vitality.
Serves - 2-3 people
1 cup of almonds (30 -35 almonds) soaked for 5-7 hours
Water
Cheese cloth or strainer
High ojas almond drink

We use the freshly made almond milk
Medjool dates - 10 soaked for 2 hours
Pink salt - 1 pinch
Ghee - 2tbsp
