Fresh turmeric carrot soup.

The first session, we are learning how to make turmeric carrot soup. Extremely nourishing, anti-inflammatory and easy to digest. A perfect appetizer to start your dinner with or a whole meal for dinner if you prefer a light dinner. We will use all fresh ingredients, talk about the properties, good fats and mindfulness in choosing healthy ingredients.
Ingredients list to be ready with

Fresh turmeric carrot soup
Serves - 4 people

Fresh turmeric - half a thumb size (grated)
4 medium sized Carrots - roughly chopped
1-2 green chillies - spilt
Coconut oil - 2tbsp
Hing - one pinch
Cumin seeds - 2tbsp
Thyme - 2tbsp
Coconut cream or milk or coconut - 1 cup(small)
Salt - 1-2tbsp
Water to adjust the consistency
Blender

Alternative ingredients if you don't have the above ingredients.

Fresh turmeric - turmeric powder
Coconut oil - any oil that you use
Hing - Garlic 2 cloves or more if you like garlic.
Thyme - Kasuri methi, Basil or coriander
Coconut cream - fresh cream.
